2. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time to stop future billing.

Effect of Cancellation: Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle. You will retain access to the database until that date. 3. Refund Eligibility

Recurring Billing Errors: If you were charged for a recurring subscription renewal and you have not accessed the service since the renewal date, you may request a refund for that specific renewal charge within 7 days of the billing date.
Technical Issues: If our database is inaccessible due to server downtime or technical faults on our end, and we are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable time, you are entitled to a pro-rata refund for the downtime period.
Duplicate Charges: If you have been charged multiple times for the same subscription period due to a system error, we will refund the duplicate charges immediately upon verification.
4. Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will generally not be granted for:
Change of mind or accidental purchase after the initial 7-day window.
Failure to utilize the service (i.e., not logging in or viewing manuals).
